Self Recognition or Self-Awareness

Self Recognition or Self-Awareness

For
self-awareness it is also important that the person is aware of his weaknesses
and abilities. If they do not recognize their potential then no one can do even
the simplest of tasks. Awareness and recognition are the two inner things of a
person who not only teaches how to live but also shows the art of living well.
If we live every moment of life with alertness, then there is immense joy in
life. Every person needs to be very alert to all the events that happen in and
around his life.

Self Recognition or Self-Awareness

As we start planning our future or we work on our
passion, Self-awareness is mandate for a bright or a successful life.
Further,
can present the oldest knowledge to the
students in new form and according to the current values / context and
including new knowledge. It is also very important for the teacher to be alert.
Because they light new lamps of knowledge. And no one can light a lamp even
when it is not lit by itself. Therefore, in orders to impart knowledge to the others, It is necessary for the specific person to be knowledgeable and need to do a deep study. One need to explore techniques, innovations, inventions, evils, of society, superstitions etc. Social survey are timely going on to find out the need of society, evils prevailing in the society and covered the possible solutions also embedded in this article.

If the only vision we have of ourselves comes from the
social mirror-from the current social paradigm and from the opinions, perceptions,
and paradigm of the people around us-our view of ourselves is like the
reflection in the crazy mirror room at the carnival.

“You must be an artist”
“you eat like a animal.”
“you never be punctual.”
“you can’t believe on self.”
“you can’t even understands the simple things.”
“you can’t manage the things properly.”

Self Recognition or Self-Awareness

Try to project your consciousness upward into a
corner of the room and look yourself, in your mind’s eye. If you are not able
to make out in this way, than try other way, Think about the mood you are now
in. How you are feeling? How would you describe your present mental state?

Self Recognition or Self-Awareness

Now think for a minute about how your mind is working. Is
it quick and alert? Do you sense that you are torn between doing this mental
exercise and evaluating the point to be made out of it? Your ability to do what
you just did is uniquely human. Animals do not process this ability. We call it
” self- awareness ” or the ability to think about your very thought
process.

Self Recognition or Self-Awareness

This is the reason why man has dominion over all things in the
world and why he can make significant advances from generation to generation. This is why we can evaluate and learn from others’ experience as
well as our own. This is also we can make and break our habits.

Self Recognition or Self-Awareness

We are not our feelings. We are not our moods. We are not
even our thoughts. The very fact that we can think about these things separates
us from them and from the animal world. self awareness enables us to stand
apart and examine even the way we ” see ” ourselves- our self-paradigm, the
most fundamental paradigm of effectiveness. It affects
not only our attitudes and behaviors
, but also how we see other
people. It becomes our map of the basic nature of mankind.

Self Recognition or Self-Awareness

In fact, until we take how we see ourselves ( and how we
see others) into account, we will be unable to understand how others see and
feel about themselves and their world. Unaware, we will project our intentions
on their behavior and call ourselves objectives.

Self Recognition or Self-Awareness

This significantly limits our personal potential and our
ability to relate to others as well. But because of the unique human capacity
of self-awareness, We can examine our paradigm to whether they are reality or a
principle based or if they are a function of conditioning and conditions.
